Water Resources currently has 3 construction crews and 1 line laying crew serving the City. Ideally each crew focuses on repairs and maintenance of a specific area in the system. Each crew is headed by a crew leader who oversees a team of three to four employees. In turn, crew leaders report to the Construction Supervisor, who is under the jurisdiction of the Construction Manager. Water Resource's Construction office and shop are housed in the City Garage at 729 South Sycamore Street.
