GREENS TECHNICIAN
The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for the Greens Technician position at the Elizabethton Municipal Golf Course. This position maintains the grounds for the course, which includes mowing, weed eating, landscaping, removing trash/brush/debris, and other duties related to upkeeping the condition of the course.
Minimum Requirements: One-year certificate from college or technical school; or high school diploma or GED equivalent and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; valid Driver License.
This is a part-time position, and the hourly rate of pay is $12.33.

STORMWATER COORDINATOR
The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for the Stormwater Coordinator position. This position administers the City’s MS4 storm water program to ensure achievement of program objectives and to maintain compliance with applicable state and federal environmental permits and laws; does related work as required.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant work experience, stormwater erosion control experience, construction experience and/or NPDES knowledge; or a non-technical degree with a proven track record in local or state government program management and administration. Valid Driver License.
Preferred: Tennessee Level 1 Erosion Control Certification and graduation from an accredited community college, college, or university in Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field with focus in Environmental Health.
The successful applicant must obtain the TN Level l erosion control certification within six months and obtain the TN Level II erosion control certification within eighteen months.

ASSOCIATE GOLF PROFESSIONAL
The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for an Associate Golf Professional at the Elizabethton Municipal Golf Course. This position will assist the Golf Professional with the day-to-day operations of the pro shop and with special events and programs.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, five years of relevant experience, valid Driver License, and passed PAT.
The successful applicant must complete level one of the PGA Associate Program within two years of hire.
Annual Pay: $41,600.00

The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Worker in the Parks & Recreation Department. This position performs maintenance on playground equipment, mowers, trailers, and small machinery, mows grass, removes trash, maintains athletic fields, and other duties as assigned.

DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION
The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for our Director of Parks and Recreation position. This position oversees and progresses recreational services for the City; develops and implements programs and events for all people; will regularly interact with the local community, execute marketing plans, recruit sponsors and vendors, coordinate contracts, and establish departmental and project budgets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or two to three years related experience and/or training; Valid Driver License.
PREFERRED: Five (5) years’ related experience with at least two (2) years of the five (5) years being supervisory experience.

CONSTRUCTION WORKER
The City of Elizabethton is accepting applications for a Construction Worker in the Water Resources Department. This position constructs and installs new lines, installs taps for new construction, repairs leaks, installs meters, conducts back flush at pump stations, operates city vehicles and equipment, sets hydrants, maintains manholes and equipment, and performs other essential duties as required.
