Carter Co. Rescue Squad, EFD work hand-in-hand during training

The City of Elizabethton would like to thank the Carter County Rescue Squad for leading extrication training for the employees of the Elizabethton Fire Department. This interagency training allows for members from both agencies to work efficiently together while maintaining critical skills needed to assist anyone that may have a need. 

 

Throughout this week the City of Elizabethton Fire Department will be participating in annual in-service training. Extrication training was Monday and Tuesday with various other topics, such as, hazardous materials, confined space, and medical monitoring being covered through the remainder of the week.
